If  you’re unhappy for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you with the return process.

Please note, for FULL STORE E-CREDIT, we will ONLY ACCEPT refunds within 30 days of the product’s receipt date.

Your Product Return Request

Your Product Return Request must be received within 30 days from the time of product purchase. On day 31, returns will not be honored.

Order Number

You must include your Order Number in the Return Form.

Must Not Be Damaged

The returned product must not be damaged in anyway. If damage is observed, you will be notified via email. We will then open a case into the matter. Your STORE E-CREDIT will be held while an active case is being reviewed.
