This policy is designed to inform our customers of the option of returning the product and refunding in the event that the customer is not satisfied with the product(s) and services purchased from the website. 

A purchaser of a product shall be eligible for a refund of the entire amount paid for the product, provided the product is returned within a period of 14 calendar days of the purchase. The product returned must not be damaged and the same must be returned in the same manner it was at the time of the purchase. 

On receiving the returned product, we will inspect the product and refund your money, using the same payment option you used in the process of purchasing the product. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
